Dr. Tania is an in-network provider with Aetna insurance in FL, NY, TX, and MD.
Payment options are considered self-pay for all other states.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) payment options are accepted.
Dr. Tania is considered an “Out-Of-Network” (“OON”) provider with all other insurance companies.
A “Superbill” will be provided to you that you can submit to your insurance company in an attempt to receive reimbursement.
A superbill provides the insurance company with all necessary information to determine what they may reimburse you. After the claim is processed, the insurance company may provide reimbursement, as determined per your insurance policy.

• Do I have “out-of-network” benefits to see a licensed psychologist on an outpatient basis?
• If so, what percentage do you cover?/ What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• What is the deductible, and how much of the deductible have I met?
• What is the coverage amount for a 53-minute psychotherapy session (CPT Code 90837)?
• How many sessions are covered, and in what time period?
• How do I access the form(s) needed to submit a request for reimbursement?
• How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider who is a licensed clinical psychologist?
• Do I need pre-authorization/approval from a physician?
